By purchasing a “share” in the CSA you are allowing the growers of this CSA the ability to grow the products we will put into your CSA bag each week.  Farming has always been a huge upfront investment, but the CSA allows the growers to have some income in advance to plan for, grow and harvest our crops and feed and care for our animals.  In return CSA participants are guaranteeing their place in the CSA.



Veggies will vary from week to week depending on what is in season.

Spring veggies (May 1-June 30) should include (minus any serious restrictions due to Mother Nature) an assortment of strawberries, asparagus, cabbage, cauliflower, beets, kale, swish chard, kohlrabi, carrots, beets, broccoli, herbs, kale, lettuce, radishes, spinach.

Summer veggies (July 3-Sept 1) will include: Beets, Broccoli, Cabbage, Cantaloupe, Cauliflower, Egg Plant, Green Beans, Herbs, Kale, Kohlrabi, Lettuce, Onions, Peppers, Jalapenos, Potatoes, Radishes, Spinach, Summer Squash, Zucchini, Tomatoes, Cherry Tomatoes, Sweet Corn, Cucumbers, Roma Tomatoes, Heirloom Tomatoes, Watermelon, Peaches, Apples, Pears.

Fall veggies (Sept 4-Nov 5th) will include: Beets, Broccoli, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Carrots, Egg Plant, Kale, Kohlrabi, Onions, Peppers, Jalapenos, Potatoes, Radishes, Spinach, Tomatoes, Cherry Tomatoes, Apples, Pears, Pie Pumpkins, Gourds, Acorn Squash, Butternut Squash, Spaghetti Squash, Buttercup Squash, Heirloom Gourds, Plums, okra.


Just a smaller version of the full bag. 


2lbs of delicious ground beef.  We will be alternating between grass fed and corn fed ground beef.


Whole chickens will be 4-5lbs.  I will be alternating between whole and cut up chickens this year for the convenience of our members.


Cuts will include bacon, bratwurst, pork shoulders, pork sausage, pork roast, pork loin 2.5-3.5lbs.


Cuts will alternate between rump and chuck roasts 2-3lbs, ground beef 2lbs, steaks (assortment of sirloin, round, flank, chuck, ribeye, fillet) 1.5-2lbs, kabobs 2lbs.


Cheese varieties will vary week to week and will include: yogurt 32oz, fresh mozzarella 8oz, blue cheese 6oz, pepperjack cheese 6oz, cheddar bites 8oz, ice cream 16oz, Havarti 6oz, Goat cheese 5 oz, Feta 5 oz, Fromage Blanc 6oz, Otoe Filly 6oz.


One dozen fresh farm eggs every week.
